  • You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations

4. Medical Disclaimer

SoClinic is a practice management tool and does not provide medical advice. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating healthcare provider. The platform facilitates documentation and workflow but does not replace professional medical judgment.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance or updates that may temporarily affect service availability.

6. Termination

2. Professional Responsibility

As a healthcare provider or clinic staff member, you acknowledge that:

  • All AI suggestions must be reviewed before being saved to patient records
  • Clinical decisions remain your responsibility - AI does not diagnose, prescribe, or make treatment decisions
  • You must verify accuracy of any AI-transcribed or AI-suggested content
  • Errors in AI output are possible and should be corrected before finalizing records

3. Limitations of AI

AI systems may:

  • Misinterpret speech, especially with accents, medical terminology, or background noise
  • Provide incomplete or incorrect suggestions
  • Fail to understand context or nuance
  • Not be available during service interruptions

4. Data Handling
